Things to help

There are lots of people you can ask for support, and spaces you can go to during your visit, if you need help or a bit of time away from the museum galleries. We know it can be a bit overwhelming, especially if its very busy, so just ask us if we can help.

Meet the Enablers

The people who work at Eureka! are called Enablers. They are specially trained to help you have fun and keep you safe.

How to identify an Enabler

Enablers work all around our museum in the different areas. They all wear a bright blue t-shirt and an orange name badge.

Other areas you can get help

If you need help and can’t find an Enabler, get the person with you to ask at the Information Desk on our ground floor.

You may need some quiet time at Eureka!

We know that it can get a bit overwhelming visiting Eureka!, especially when it’s really busy, so we’ve tried to come up with ways to help if it’s all getting a bit too much and you need some quiet time.

You can borrow ear defenders - ask at the Information Desk.

We have a Chill Out Space available - ask any Enabler if you'd like to use it.
